I'm developing a lighter version of the HitchKitchen to go with a car top tent. I'm wondering if this is something that might appeal to tailgaters. This aluminum version will weigh less than 100 lbs empty. It contains a 3-way fridge, stove or grill, sink, 5-gallon fresh water tank, 5-gallon holding tank. It can be used on or off the car and it unfolds to provide a 6 foot 'L-shaped' countertop. This mobile kitchen locks when folded for security and critter resistance.

Presuming weight and rear ground clearance are addressed, do you think this product would appeal to tailgaters? Comments appreciated.
